Outreach Smartphone Monitoring 4.1.5

This application is intended to be utilized alongside the Outreach Smartphone Monitoring web application. It provides monitoring capabilities to entities such as law enforcement agencies, enabling them to monitor individuals under house arrest, with location restrictions, or subject to blood alcohol content regulations.

• The "Check In" feature generates a passcode and facial recognition video of the individual being monitored.
• "Check In" can be set randomly by the monitoring party or initiated voluntarily by the individual being monitored.
• The "BAC" (blood alcohol content) feature utilizes an FDA-approved fuel cell Bluetooth breathalyzer with video verification. In case of BAC failure, it prompts a urinary analysis via the web application.
• All breathalyzer check-in videos are reviewed by OSM personnel.
• The "Calendar" function sends push notifications to remind the individual about court dates, testing schedules, medication prescriptions, events, etc.
• The system places emphasis on reducing "failure to appear" rates.
• It offers active GPS location monitoring, including exclusion and inclusion zones.

This application is part of a system designed to enable monitoring parties to oversee more individuals with their current staff at no additional expense.
